Interior spaces are potentially strong focal points for expressing an organisation’s identity and personality. The impact a visitor receives when walking into a foyer or reception area can affect their perception of the organisation immediately, a perception that can endure through time.
Motiv works for a broad collection of government agencies, particularly the Department for Industry and Skills (DIS) and its predecessors – DSD, DMITRE and DTED.
The Department (then DTED) wanted an interior fit out that was bold, vibrant and distinctive. Motiv worked closely with our suppliers to create striking feature walls and interior graphics as well as wayfinding signage. The result was voted the best fit out in South Australia in the year of its completion and featured in a new book titled ‘Best Wayfinding Design - Office / Culture’ published by international book producers Hi-Design Publishing in Hong Kong.
